Condition of the Watch
- Condition Requirements: Watches must be returned in the original condition, unworn, with all tags, packaging, and documentation included. Any signs of wear or damage will result in the return being rejected.
Refund Process
- Full Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return requirements, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
